Recruitment of an individual consultant for the translation, simplification and adaptation into Somali of four technical and economic reference documents into illustrated fact sheets.
The Republic of Djibouti has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) to cover the cost of the Djibouti Resilient Agricultural Value Chain Support Project (FAR) and intends to allocate part of this credit to make payments under the Contract for the recruitment of an individual Consultant for the translation, simplification and adaptation into Somali of four technical and economic reference documents into illustrated fact sheets .

Interested Consultants are hereby notified that the provisions of Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the Procurement Regulations for Borrowers under Investment Project Financing (September 2025) setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflicts of interest are applicable.
A Consultant will be selected using the “Individual Consultant” method as described in the World Bank Procurement Regulations, Version 2025, specifically Section VII. Selection of Individual Consultants.
