Tenders Are Invited For International Consultant To Support The Development Of The Annual Report On The Economic And Financial Monitoring Of Eeps (Individual Consultant Services)
the Government of the Republic of Djibouti Has Obtained a Grant From the African Development Fund (adf) Intended to Finance the Cost of the Support Project for Public Financial Control Institutions and the Governance of Public Enterprises and Establishments (paic-gep), and Intends to Use Part of the Resources Granted Under This Grant to Finance the Contract for the Recruitment of An International Consultant to Support the Preparation of the Annual Report on the Economic and Financial Monitoring of Eeps. the Mission Consists of Designing the Methodological Framework for the Report, Supervising National Consultants, Analyzing State Financial Assistance, Assessing Budgetary Risks, Analyzing Ppps, Consolidating Financial Data and Producing the Final Report in Accordance with the Standards of the Imf, the World Bank and the Oecd. |
